Callas is an intriguing wine with intense and extensive nose, highly refined citrus and floral notes. Soft and balanced on the palate with a long aromatic and mineral finish. Good with parma ham and Culatello di Zibello. Excellent with fish, shellfish, foie gras and strong cheeses.

Serve at 10-12°C
