Every Friday until Christmas we'll be doing a different fresh pasta dish - from handmade tagliatelle to gnocchi, ravioli and cappelletti, served up with a variety of traditional Italian sauces.

Each week there are 24 places available to pre-book, pasta is priced from £7 to £10 and dessert is available for £3. 

Wines from our range are available to buy to drink with your meal with free corkage, Malvasia Classic and Lambrusco Classic are also available by the glass, £4 small, £6 large

Inspired by our trip back to Emilia Romagna this summer, we've set ourselves the challenge of preparing a different fresh pasta dish every Friday from now until Christmas. Last week it was tagliatelle con fungi, this Friday, back by popular demand, it's Luca's melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi with a choice of ragù or tomato sauce. Introducing Caffè Riccardo

Drop by and see us from 4pm onwards and raise a glass to celebrate the arrival of Caffè Riccardo - our coffee maestro from Turin who knows everything there is to know about making coffee the Italian way. Bar open until 11pm, bruschetta, farina + sorta available. Booking is helpful but not compulsory this time.

Cine-Cena (Chinny-Chainer = dinner+movie) is an evening of all-Italian food and film hosted by Dr Elena Boschi, lecturer in Film and Television Studies at Edge Hill University and Tim McNelis

On Friday 2 June, to coincide with the Italian 'Festa della Repubblica', Elena and Tim will be serving up crescioni, the Romagnola version of the calzone, with a choice of 3 fillings (tomato+mozzarella, spinach, pumpkin+potato) followed by chocolate salami for dessert - all made from Elena's family recipe! 

Tickets can be bought in advance for £10 and will include 1 crescione, 1 slice of chocolate salame + 1 drink (choose from glass of wine, beer, tea, coffee, soft drink) and a guaranteed seat. Thirty tickets available so act now!
